How to commission
1. Get in touch
Email mubaraktheartist@gmail.com or message directly with what you have in mind — a person, a story, or a specific moment you want captured.
2. Share the details
Send clear reference photo(s) of the subject(s), plus a short description of the story or feeling you want written into the piece.
3. Choose your format
Let us know whether you want it hand-drawn with your preferred size or digital with 1 or 2 subjects.
4. Payment
Once details are confirmed, you'll receive a payment link. Payment is required in full before work begins.
5. Progress & delivery
Hand-drawn: once complete, the piece is signed and shipped with its Certificate of Authenticity. Digital: the finished file is delivered directly by email.

How long does it take to make my ASCII art? +
Each piece is made by hand, one letter or symbol at a time. Please allow 1 to 2 weeks from the day you order to the day your piece is finished.
What sizes and formats do you offer? +
We offer prints and originals in sizes A4, A3, A2, A1, and A0. Digital commissions are also available.
Is my piece really made by hand? +
Yes. Original and hand-drawn commission pieces are hand-written in ink on paper.
Do I get a Certificate of Authenticity? +
Yes. Original and limited-edition pieces come with a signed Certificate of Authenticity.
What is the limited-edition number? +
Some pieces are part of a limited run. The number shows your piece's place in that run, for example 5/50.
Can I request a custom subject? +
Yes. Commission pieces can be created from a photo or reference you send.

For commission pieces, you confirm that you have the right to use any photo or image you send as a reference.

Where a piece is sold as part of a limited edition, the edition number shown to you is fixed.

We ship from Nigeria. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times vary by destination.
9. Intellectual property
All artwork, designs, and original character work remain the intellectual property of Mubarak Owosheni (HOLY) unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Refund Policy
Prints
If your print arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 2 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We'll arrange a replacement.
Originals
Original artworks are one-of-one hand-made pieces. All original sales are final except in the case of damage during transit.
Commissions
Commissioned pieces are custom-made and are final once work has begun. If you cancel before work starts, contact us to discuss a refund.
Damaged in transit
If an item arrives damaged, contact us within 2 days of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging.
How to request a replacement
